Job summary

Wieland in Coppell, TX is seeking a Warehouse Helper to maintain a safe, organized work environment and support shipping, inventory, and machine setup. This on-site role offers weekday hours and engages with cross-functional teammates to ensure accurate handling of products.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, comfort with fast-paced environments, and the ability to communicate professionally with coworkers and management. Forklift operation will be a key responsibility.

Qualifications

• Understanding of manufacturing industries preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure in fast‑paced environments.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail (critical skill).
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers, coworkers and management.
• Ability to work as part of a team and offer assistance to teammates when necessary.
• Ability to work flexible hours as required by the position.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a safe organized working environment.
• Assist in reviewing incoming shipping documents and update inventory.
• Assist in reviewing outgoing shipping documents and package product.
• Assist in inspections of inventory and product orders for accuracy.
• Assist in loading/unloading packages from trucks.
• Report product discrepancies to management.
• Assist with the setup of material on machines.
• Actively communicate with teammates.
• Operate forklifts to relocate material.
• Other operations tasks as assigned.

Warehouse Helper

Location: Coppell, TX (fully on site). Salary: $20.00 per hour. Schedule: M-F 7:30 am‑4:00 pm.
