Job summary

The consultant will deliver a harmonization framework, a technical compendium for PAHOGen-IHR protocol country operationalization, and country-specific methodologies to support regional cooperation and epidemic intelligence.

Qualifications

• University degree in social sciences, public health, or a related area.
• At least five years of combined national and international experience in epidemiology, surveillance, or health emergencies.
• Experience drafting technical documents and synthesizing recommendations with global frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop a data harmonization framework for enteric foodborne event information to support joint analyses.
• Create a technical reference compendium for PAHOGen-IHR protocol country operationalization.
• Develop country-specific technical methodologies for PAHOGen-IHR operationalization.
