Job summary

Bradescobank is seeking a BSA/AML Compliance Analyst to support alert investigations and monitoring of international banking activity. The role focuses on identifying unusual transactions and ensuring compliance with CIP, BSA/AML, and AML regulations.

You will perform MIR and OFAC reviews, LexisNexis searches, and contribute to CIP processes while maintaining SLA adherence. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, and US work authorization is essential.

Qualifications

• Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) or CBAP certification.
• Minimum two years’ experience in a BSA position.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Assist in account/transaction monitoring and support BSA staff and Account Officers in Alert Investigation workflows.
• Focus on review/monitoring of international banking transactions to identify unusual activity.
• Assist with and investigate Assist exceptions as needed.
