Responsibilities include coordinating bookings, monitoring shipments from origin to destination, preparing documentation, and handling AES filings. The role requires a high school diploma, 2+ years in export/logistics, proficiency with Maestro, AES, and MS Office, and strong communication.

Formación

• 2+ years in export freight forwarding or logistics coordination
• Strong knowledge of air export regulations and documentation
• Experience with AES filing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics systems
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to work independently and in a global team

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and manage all air export shipments.
• Book at current rates; consolidate and route shipments per procedures.
• Monitor outbound shipments from origin to destination.
• Send pre-alerts and shipment notifications promptly.
• Communicate with carriers, customers, internal teams.
• Maintain shipment data in Maestro with milestones.
• Verify export documentation; coordinate with CS for missing info.
• Handle AES filings according to regulations.
• Build relations with internal/overseas partners.
• Support improvements in production, productivity, quality.
