Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Real Estate, or related field is required.
• 2–5 years of experience in Internal Wholesaling or related financial services sales is preferred.
• Familiarity with alternative investments and advisor distribution channels is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with External Wholesaler to drive fundraising and territory growth.
• Conduct outbound calls and virtual meetings with financial advisors, RIAs, broker-dealers, and family offices.
• Identify and cultivate new advisor relationships and sales opportunities.
• Generate appointments and qualified meetings for field wholesalers.
• Support territory business plans and execute advisor coverage initiatives.
• Assist with fundraising across Private Real Estate Credit, Non-Traded REITs, DST/1031 programs.
