Mondelēz International in Chicago seeks a Content Creator to be the visual storytelling engine for Global Internal Communications. Focus on video production (~80%), visual design (~30%), and written support (~20%), reporting to the Director of Global Internal Communications.

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on video production and graphic design experience.
Experience producing end-to-end content, not just managing others.
Experience supporting executive/leadership communications preferred.

Responsibilities

Video Production & Editing: produce, shoot, edit internal content with quick turnaround.
Graphic Design & Visual Content: create assets, templates, motion graphics, branding elements.
Content Strategy & Written Support: shape narratives, maintain editorial calendars, write copy as needed.
Collaborate with senior leaders and internal communications teams to align with business priorities.
Track engagement metrics and refine creative strategy based on insights.
