Index Industries seeks a Content & Brand Manager to own and execute our creative content across products, partnerships, and daily operations. You will personally create social content, photography, and video, while ensuring brand consistency across channels and divisions.

The role requires hands-on production, the ability to manage content calendars, and proactive storytelling from our warehouse and operating environments without waiting for direction.

Qualifications

• Three+ years in content, social media, or multimedia production.
• Portfolio of social content, photography, video, and design work.
• Can plan and manage a content calendar end-to-end.
• Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Premiere Pro.
• Experience with DSLR/mirrorless photography and lighting.

Responsibilities

• Develop monthly/quarterly content calendars.
• Create and publish content on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube.
• Write captions, headlines, calls to action.
• Monitor engagement and coordinate responses.
• Produce photography and short-form video.
• Maintain brand consistency across channels.
• Coordinate outside specialists when needed.
