Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC in the St. Louis area seeks an Internal Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment supporting multiple facilities. You will work as a W-2 Continuum employee with 40 hours scheduled per week and guaranteed hours, plus a comprehensive pay package.

The role includes a taxable hourly rate, housing stipend, meals and incidentals, and travel reimbursements. Missouri licensure and SNF experience preferred; Net Health experience is a plus; relocation not required.

• SNF experience preferred.
• Net Health experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide physical therapy services at multiple Continuum-supported facilities.

Continuum Therapy Partners is hiring a Physical Therapist for an internal travel assignment supporting The Pillars of North County, U-City Forest Manor and Creve Coeur Manor in the St. Louis area.

Pay Package

• $24.00/hr taxable
• $845/week housing stipend
• $602/week meals & incidentals
• $2,407 estimated weekly gross
• $2,163 estimated weekly net
• Up to $400 travel reimbursement to the assignment
• Up to $400 travel reimbursement home at completion

This is direct internal travel with Continuum Therapy Partners. You work as a W-2 Continuum employee with weekly pay, medical/dental/vision benefit options, 401(k), license reimbursement, guaranteed hours and the ability to continue into future assignments within our network.

This is a true metro travel assignment. St. Louis gives you major-city restaurants, sports, entertainment and neighborhoods while working across several Continuum-supported facilities rather than being isolated in a rural market.

Requirements:

Active Missouri PT license or ability to obtain one. SNF experience and Net Health experience preferred.
