Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC in the St. Louis area seeks an Internal Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment supporting multiple facilities. You will work as a W-2 Continuum employee with 40 hours scheduled per week and guaranteed hours, plus a comprehensive pay package.

The role includes a taxable hourly rate, housing stipend, meals and incidentals, and travel reimbursements. Missouri licensure and SNF experience preferred; Net Health experience is a plus; relocation not required.

Qualifications

• Active Missouri PT license or ability to obtain one.
• SNF experience preferred.
• Net Health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services at multiple Continuum-supported facilities.
• Maintain W-2 employment with weekly pay and benefits.
• Collaborate with facility staff across The Pillars of North County, U-City Forest Manor and Creve Coeur Manor.
