Job summary

Cityside Fiber is seeking an Information Systems Developer to design, develop, and maintain internal business applications and integrations. You will automate workflows and connect HRIS, timekeeping, and CRM platforms to support HR, Operations, and Finance.

You will translate business needs into technical solutions, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure system reliability and security in a fast-paced environment. Irvine, CA based with potential travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of software development or information systems experience.
• Experience with system integrations, APIs, and workflow automation tools.
• Relational databases and data management best practices.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain internal applications and integrations to support business operations.
• Develop automated workflows connecting HRIS, timekeeping, CRM and other systems.
• Write, test, and debug code for internal tools across front-end and back-end.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate into technical specs.
• Maintain and troubleshoot databases, apps, and integrations.
• Document architectures, workflows, and code for maintainability.
• Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies for efficiency.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across systems.
