BeMobile is seeking a Business Systems Developer to design, develop, and implement IT solutions that improve workflows and system functionality. You will collaborate across teams, translate business needs into actionable plans, and drive continuous improvement to optimize processes.

You will work on configuration, reporting, automation, and documentation, with a strong emphasis on end-user adoption and user-friendly solutions. Occasional travel supports team collaboration and project deployment.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
• 2–3 years of hands-on systems development or IT experience.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional IT solutions.
• Experience in documenting requirements, workflows, and QA procedures.
• Strong cross-functional communication and end-user training skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Meet with business teams to gather requirements.
