Position Summary
The Internal Service Advisor plays a vital role in supporting the dealership’s service and sales operations by ensuring used vehicles are processed efficiently and prepared for frontline retail sales. This position is responsible for coordinating the repair process from initial inspection through completion while maintaining high standards of quality, communication, and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to delivering an outstanding experience for both internal teams and retail customers. They take ownership of every vehicle from intake to completion, ensuring it is ready for sale on time and to the highest quality standards.
