Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures LLC is seeking a sanitation associate to ensure clean, compliant production spaces and equipment in a beverage facility. The role supports routine cleaning of processing and non-processing equipment, performs sampling for micro-analysis, and assists with morning start-up using Microblend.

The position requires basic math, GMP familiarity, and the ability to read chemical instructions while maintaining sanitation logs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in production or janitorial preferred.
• Basic math skills and chemical safety preferred.
• Good Manufacturing Practices background preferred.
• Must be able to successfully complete forklift certification.
• Good written and oral communication, ability to follow written procedures, ability to read and understand chemical use instructions and precautions, enjoy working off shifts in a wet environment, attention to detail, and safety.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
• Must be able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.

Job Description

Purpose of the job: Assures that products are manufactured in a clean and sanitary environment that complies with federal, state, and PCNA guidelines.

Equipment Used

• Personal protective equipment (PPE), Floor scrubber, Foaming equipment, Brushes, brooms, squeegees, Calculator, Chemical dispensing equipment, and Clean-In-Place (CIP) equipment., and forklift.

Must be able to speak, read, and write English proficiently.
