  • Determine when to involve or escalation matters to product specialists, compliance, national accounts, investor relations, marketing, operations, or senior leadership to advance opportunities or resolve issues.
  • Support systematic participation at regional and national RIA/Aggregator conferences, advisor events, educational campaigns, and firm meetings.
  • Contribute to thought‑leadership, content‑generation, advisor education, and process‑improvement initiatives that enhance advisor experience, productivity, and operational efficiency.
  • Foster a collaborative and high‑performance culture by sharing best practices, supporting team development, and promoting knowledge sharing across the RIA team and broader PWS sales group.
