Job summary

You will listen actively, ask clarifying questions, manage proposals and paperwork, and collaborate across internal teams to deliver clear, credible results. Remote/hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred.
• FINRA 6 and 63 registrations required within corporate established timelines.
• FINRA fingerprinting required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Interact with constituent advisors, TPAs and plan sponsors with drive and results.
• Support promotion into Internal Sales Director as assigned internal wholesaler for territories.
• Listen actively, rephrase needs, ask open-ended questions, and deliver clear results.
• Structure a prioritized schedule to maximize relationship value from interactions.
• Assist with proposals and paperwork, ensuring data management and cross-team communication.
