InspereX is seeking an Internal Business Consultant (IBC) to build relationships with Financial Advisors and share proactive sales ideas for Wholesaled Market-Linked Products. The role is an entry-level path with growth into Internal Wholesaling, with Series 7 and 63 licensing required within 60 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; prior sales experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of market-linked products and an understanding of global markets is ideal.
• FINRA SIE certified (formal offers of employment will depend upon completion of the SIE prior to the hire date).
• Strong active listening skills that can be used to persuade and negotiate.
• Ability to effectively engage and present to different audiences.
• Excellent time management skills, with a particular focus on prioritizing and scheduling daily activities.
• Ability to execute repeatable and measurable sales processes effectively.
