Job summary

InspereX LLC seeks an entry-level Internal Business Consultant in Delray Beach, FL. You will build relationships with Financial Advisors and share proactive sales ideas that promote Wholesaled Market-Linked Products.

This role offers a clear path into Internal Wholesaling with sponsorship for licensing exams. Based in our Delray Beach office, you will be part of the Market Linked Products team, working with Internal and External Wholesalers to drive regional sales growth while leveraging

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
FINRA SIE certified (mandatory before hire date).
Series 7 and 63 licensing required within 60 days of hire with sponsorship provided.
Strong active listening, persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to engage and present to diverse audiences.
Excellent time management and scheduling of daily activities.
Ability to implement repeatable sales processes and leverage technology.
Coachable, goal-oriented, adaptable and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with Financial Advisors and share proactive sales ideas for Market-Linked Products.
Align Advisor and Investor needs with InspereX investment strategies and technology.
Collaborate with Internal and External Wholesalers to drive regional sales growth.
Contribute to ongoing development of sales processes and market outreach.
