Job summary

Fortune Brands Innovations is seeking a Shipping & Receiving team member for 1st shift. You will ensure incoming materials are dispositioned and outgoing materials placed in drop zones in a timely manner, operate forklifts, and manage warehouse items to keep inventory accurate. You’ll interact with various teams while following RCRA labeling and handling requirements.

Base salary range is disclosed with bonus opportunities. We value reliable teamwork, safety, and adherence to processes.

Qualifications

• Experience operating forklifts in a warehouse environment.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory processes.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and departments.
• Knowledge of hazardous waste labeling and handling guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Drive forklift to move inbound materials to designated areas and outbound materials to drop zones.
• Perform bin-to-bin transactions and manage all warehouse items.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of warehouse.
• Coordinate across ERP systems and communicate with Lowe’s, Breeze, Door lines, cycle counters, and Materials teams.
• Adhere to RCRA labeling, packaging, and transporting hazardous waste.
• Assist in placing SOS slabs and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Restock SOS glass shelves as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

In this position, you’ll have the opportunity to: Ensure that all incoming materials are dispositioned properly along with any outgoing material properly placed in drop zones in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• q Drive fork lift (stand up & sit down) to transport material from drop zones (incoming) to specific area along with transporting from specific area to drop zone(outgoing) locations
• q Ability to do bin to bin transactions through Great Plains
• Manage all warehouse items
• Manage organization and cleanliness of warehouse
• Ability to manage multiple ERP systems
• Ability to communicate clearly with Lowe’s, Breeze, Door lines, Inventory techs (cycle counters), and Materials teams
• Comply with RCRA requirements regarding labeling, packaging, and moving of Hazardous Waste as assigned
• Ability to assist in putting SOS slabs away
• Responsible for inventory accuracy
• Restocking SOS glass shelves as needed daily
• Other duties as assigned

Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $47,860 USD - $57,200 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role‑based sales incentive plan.
