Job summary

Fortune Brands Innovations is seeking a Quality Technician to support problem solving, containment, and cross-functional communication across shifts. The role supports QMS and capability analyses in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with MSA, calibration, Gauge R&R studies, and backup for the Quality Team Leader. The position emphasizes safe, efficient operations and adherence to EH&S policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality engineering with focus on problem solving and cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with MSA, Gauge R&R, and calibration processes.
• Ability to communicate across departments and shifts.
• Experience supporting QMS and continuous improvement initiatives.

Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $52,050 USD - $61,776 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
