CliftonLarsonAllen LLP is seeking an Internal Operations Intern for IL locations including Bloomington, Champaign, Dixon, and Peoria. The position runs January 2027 through April 2027, offering hands-on exposure to tax document handling and client service in a staffing environment.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with a readiness to learn new technologies and travel to client sites.

Responsabilités

• Reviews and organizes client incoming tax documents.
• Assists with intake of tax information and routing preparation.
• Tracks client documents and keeps them current.
• Organizes, scans and processes tax documents.
• Assembles client tax returns following procedures.
• Assists team in meeting strict government deadlines.
• Filing and other final delivery steps.
• Other duties may include preparing informational tax documents.
• General operational support as requested.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reviews and organizes client incoming tax documents.
• Assists with intake of tax information and prepares for routing.
• Ensures all client documents are being tracked and kept current.
• Organizes, scans and processes tax documents.
• Assembles client tax returns following established procedures.
• Assists team in meeting strict government deadlines.
• E-filing and other final delivery type steps.
• Other responsibilities may include preparation of informational tax documents.
• General operational support and other responsibilities/tasks as requested.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Working towards the achievement of a bachelor's degree - Degree in Accounting or Finance strongly preferred.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.
• Proficient with Microsoft (MS) Windows and Office products.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client sites.

The compensation range for this position in Illinois is: $16.00- $21.00
