General Floor is seeking an Internal Operations Associate in Bellmawr, NJ. You will provide internal support across sales, warehouse, and management, handling returns, purchasing, inventory, and special orders. This role emphasizes accuracy, cross-functional collaboration, and versatility.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable learning new systems. The position offers Monday–Friday hours, full benefits, and growth opportunities within a stable wholesale flooring

Responsibilities

• Support purchasing activities, including order entry and vendor communication
• Help manage and reconcile inventory transactions
• Coordinate and track special orders to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Prepare and assist with customer quotes and pricing documentation
• Maintain accurate records in company systems
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve operational efficiency
• Step in where needed - this role is built for cross-training and flexibility

We’re seeking a motivated Internal Operations Associate to join our Bellmawr team. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career within a stable, fast-paced wholesale flooring distribution company where your contributions truly make an impact.

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our operations - helping keep everything running smoothly across multiple departments including order entry, special orders, quotes, purchasing, inventory replenishment and returns.

What You’ll Do

• Provide internal support to our sales, warehouse, and management teams

Salary Range: $18-$22/hr

The listed range is a guideline and does not limit consideration of candidates with exceptional qualifications. Final compensation will be determined based on candidate qualifications, internal equity, and market factors.
