Job summary

US Synthetic in Orem, UT is seeking a Brady Mining CNC Finishing Operator to operate and maintain CNC lathes/mills for Brady Mining tools. You will assemble and braze components, meet exact specifications, and maintain production records while pursuing continuous improvements.

The role includes day shift training (4–6 months) and a comprehensive benefits package starting at day 1. Immigration sponsorship is not available. This position requires reading drawings and precise measurement skills.

This is a grave position with training on day shift (4 - 6 months). This job will close 8/28/2026

US Synthetic has an immediate need for a Brady Mining CNC Finishing Operator located in Orem, UT. The Brady Mining CNC Finishing Operator will operate and maintain a computer numerical control (CNC) lathe/mill for the production of Brady Mining tools. Assemble and braze components, manufacture product to exact specifications and maintain production and training records. Perform continuous process improvements per company standard.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED is required

Physical Demands:

• Stand for long periods of time - up to 10 hours
• Perform repetitive motions
• Occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 50 lbs.
• Full range of body motion (lifting, kneeling, squatting and twisting)
• Use of Safety Equipment (Safety glasses, Latex/nitrile gloves, Respirator, Steel-toed boots)
