The City of Springfield is seeking an experienced candidate with a collaborative approach and excellent attention to detail for the position of HRIS & Payroll Specialist. The HRIS & Payroll Specialist is a key position in the City of Springfield Human Resources department with responsibility for daily payroll processes and the data integrity of new, current, and former employees’ HRMS records. Our HRIS and Payroll team takes pride in ensuring each payroll cycle is processed correctly, understanding it affects 2,000+ employees on a bi-weekly basis.
