Job summary

ABC is seeking a Clinic Admissions Associate to be the first connection for families entering ABA therapy. You will guide families through the admissions process with empathy, helping them feel informed and confident at every step.

This role emphasizes relationship-building and creating a strong first impression to expand access to life-changing care for children with autism. The position offers a competitive pay range of $19–$22 per hour with bonus potential up to $6,000, 10 days PTO, 10 paid

• 1 years of administrative work, customer service, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks for busy clinics, including document management and internal/external communications.
• Provide strong support to inbound calls from prospective and current clients/families.
• Become a subject matter expert on autism to help families understand how ABC helps children.
• Support operations and clinical leadership with marketing and admissions tasks.
• Model ABC core values and be a cultural role model for teammates.

What You Will Be Doing At ABC

• Responsible for the day-to-day administrative functions for our busy clinics such as document management, keeping track of people + things, and internal + external communication with referral sources
• Give great support to inbound calls from both prospective + current clients/families
• You will become a subject matter expert on autism in order to help others understand how we help our children + how we can help them
• Handle various marketing + admissions tasks to support the work of our operations manager and clinical leadership

• 1-2 years experience in administrative work, customer service, client relations, or related areas.
