ABC invites you to join as a Clinic Admissions Associate, guiding families through the admissions process with empathy and care. You’ll be the first connection, helping families feel informed, supported, and confident as they begin ABA therapy for their children.

This role emphasizes administrative excellence, strong customer service, and teamwork within a compassionate, family‑centered culture at ABC.

Qualificações

• 1–2 years of administrative or customer service experience.
• Passion for work benefiting children with autism.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; HS diploma required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks for busy clinics (documents, tracking, internal/external communication).
• Provide excellent support to inbound calls from prospective and current clients/families.
• Become a subject matter expert on autism to help families understand services.

In this role, you’ll guide families through the admissions process with empathy and care, helping them feel supported, informed, and confident every step of the way.

What You Will Be Doing At ABC

• Responsible for the day-to-day administrative functions for our busy clinics such as document management, keeping track of people + things, and internal + external communication with referral sources
• Give great support to inbound calls from both prospective + current clients/families
• You will become a subject matter expert on autism in order to help others understand how we help our children + how we can help them
• Handle various marketing + admissions tasks to support the work of our operations manager and clinical leadership

What You Will Bring To ABC

• 1-2 years experience in administrative work, customer service, client relations, or related areas.
