BluePearl Pet Hospital in Studio City, CA is seeking a Veterinary Technician to join our Internal Medicine department. You will be a liaison between our internists and clients, handling patient histories, care instructions, lab results, and updates, while assisting with procedures and imaging.

The role requires strong anesthesia and phlebotomy skills, client communication, and a collaborative spirit. You will contribute to endoscopic and ultrasound procedures, sample collection, and treatment

Qualifications

• Experience with anesthesia and phlebotomy required.
• Strong client communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced emergency and specialty care environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with endoscopic and ultrasound procedures; prepare and maintain equipment.
• Take and process X-rays; collect lab samples and manage anesthesia during procedures.
• Discharge IM patients with client education (insulin, fluids, feeding tubes).
• Coordinate with internists and clients regarding histories, care instructions and lab results.
