PetVet Care Centers Memphis Veterinary Specialists & Emergency is seeking an Internal Medicine Veterinary Technician/Assistant to join our team in Memphis, TN. The role supports hospital operations, provides patient care, and assists with examinations, diagnostics, and surgeries.

Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older to be considered for this position
- Solid foundation in General Practice with specialty experience
Responsibilities
- Determine animal requirements by examinations, interviews, tests and imaging
- Care for patients by vital signs, meds, vaccines, wound care
- Prepare supplies, assist examinations and surgeries as directed by veterinarian
- Maintain medical records and ensure accurate documentation of patient conditions and treatments
- Communicate with owners about patient status and care plans
- Maintain equipment and inventory, assist with ordering supplies
- Ensure cleanliness and safety of examination and treatment areas
- Perform other duties as assigned by Manager or practice
