BluePearl Pet Hospital is expanding its Internal Medicine team in Charlestown, MA, seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Veterinary Technician to join our care-focused practice.

The position offers a sign-on bonus up to $5,000 with a pay range of $24.25–$49.00 per hour, depending on experience and competency progression. Weekdays with some on-call expectations support our mission to deliver advanced medical care for pets.

Responsibilities

• Set up constant rate infusions (CRI).
• Calculate all medical math.
• Induce, monitor, and recover anesthesia.
• Set up for ultrasound and radiology procedures.
• Set up and assist with endoscopic procedures (GI, nasal, urinary, airway).
• Discharge IM patients from the hospital, including basic client education such as insulin injection, SQ fluid, and feeding tube demonstrations.
