Job summary

BluePearl Pet Hospital in Framingham, MA is growing our Internal Medicine team. We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Veterinary Technician to join us, with confident anesthesia skills.

This role offers a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates and a pay range of $24.25–$49.00 per hour, dependent on experience and competency assessment. The schedule is weekdays with 3x12 hour shifts and occasional on-call expectations.

Qualifications

• Experienced veterinary technician with anesthesia knowledge and competency.
• Detail-oriented and compassionate approach to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Set up constant rate infusions (CRI) and calculate medical math.
• Induce, monitor, and recover anesthesia.
• Set up for ultrasound and radiology procedures; assist with endoscopic procedures.
• Discharge IM patients with client education on insulin, SQ fluids, and feeding tubes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
