Job summary

BluePearl Specialty + Emergency Pet Hospital is seeking a knowledgeable and skilled Veterinary Technician to join their fast-paced Internal Medicine department.

The role includes client communication, anesthesia and phlebotomy, and assisting with endoscopic and ultrasound procedures, radiographs, and lab work. This position offers a sign-on bonus for qualified RVT, LVT, LVMT, CVT, and VTS.

Qualifications

• Strong anesthesia and phlebotomy skills required.

Responsibilities

• Liaison between internists and clients for patient histories, care instructions, lab results, and updates.
• Assist with endoscopic and ultrasound procedures, as well as taking X-rays and obtaining lab samples.
• Discharge IM patients with basic client education (e.g., insulin injections, SQ fluids, feeding tube demonstrations).
• Additional duties as assigned.
