Qualifications

• Must hold current Internal Medicine Board Certification by the ABIM or be Board eligible.
• Experience in teaching or administrative roles is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Curriculum development and program oversight.
• Clinical supervision of residents and faculty.
• Assessment and evaluation of residents.
• Quality improvement initiatives.
• Support research and scholarly activities.
• Foster collaboration across departments.
