Adventist Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced physician leader to join our team as the Associate Program Director for our Internal Medicine Residency Program in Bakersfield, California. This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in the development and execution of our residency program, ensuring the highest standards of medical education, patient care, and professional development for our residents.
Tasked with helping ensure the success of the program's aims and objectives, the Associate Program Director dedicates approximately 24 hours per week to residency training and administration while maintaining an active clinical practice. The role requires direct patient care responsibilities, continuous supervision of residents, mentoring, and hands-on teaching.
Salary Range: $342,000-$378,000 (2yr guarantee)
