This outpatient practice emphasizes comprehensive care with easy referrals to social work, behavioral health, and specialists alike. Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency program.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality outpatient primary care with 36 hours of patient-facing time weekly.
• Coordinate care with social work, behavioral health, nutritionists, and specialists.
• Participate in value-based care programs and quality improvement initiatives.
