CompHealth is assisting a healthcare professional in Plantation, Florida to join a team focused on high-quality patient care. Plantation offers a tree-lined community with Broward County amenities.

The position features a Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm schedule with no weekend clinical duties, a phone-only call every third week for work-life balance, and 15–16 patient visits per day. It includes competitive base compensation with a 20% incentive bonus, four weeks of PTO, and 401k with up to 5%

Qualifications

• Strong managed care background; Medicare Advantage experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Creole required; board-certified, board-eligible, GPs, and ACNs considered.

Responsibilities

• Monday - Friday schedule, 8 am - 5 pm; no weekend clinical duties
• Phone-only call every 3rd week for excellent work-life balance
• Manageable patient census of 15 - 16 patients per day
