Job summary

Overlake Clinics seeks an Internal Medicine Physician for our Bellevue Primary Care. This full-time role offers a value-based compensation model with substantial PTO and CME funds, along with sign-on and relocation support. EPIC EMR is used across our integrated care system to coordinate patient information.

Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited medical school (required).
• Completion of a US Residency is required.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.
• Washington physician license by time of hire required.
• BLS Certification required.
• Experience with EPIC or other EMR is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide internal medicine care in a primary care setting.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient treatment.
• Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and coding.

Overlake Clinics is seeking an Internal Medicine Physician for our Bellevue Primary Care. This is a full-time (1.0 FTE) position.

Overlake Clinics offers a wide range of services, including primary care clinics with same-day appointments, to specialty clinics, on Seattle's Eastside. Our integrated electronic health record allows for easy flow of critical health information that is highly coordinated across all of our locations.

Position Highlights:

• RN in-basket support for all primary care providers
• Centralized pharmacist refill support
• Provider EPIC trainer
• EPIC EMR with integrated DAX copilot (AI-automated documentation tool)
• Collaborative, supportive, and multidisciplinary care model

Compensation & Benefits:

• Generous Value-Based Compensation Model: $293,000 - $474,000 annually
• Up to 6.5 weeks of PTO
• 1 week of CME plus $5,000 in CME funds

• Overlake qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness
