Job summary

Graduate of an accredited medical school with residency and/or fellowship in the specialty; board certified or eligible and licensed to practice in the state.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited medical school.
• Completion of residency and/or fellowship in the area of specialty.
• Board Certified or Eligible in the area of specialty by the appropriate medical board.

Responsibilities

• Perform history and physical examinations of all patients.
• Provide cost‑effective, high‑quality care based on evidence‑based medicine.
• Adhere to standardized orders and practice guidelines approved by the medical staff.
• Demonstrate competency in assessment, treatment, growth and development knowledge, and age‑appropriate communication.
• Provide timely communication with referring physicians, patients, and families.
