StaffMed Health Partners, LLC offers Internal Medicine physicians the opportunity to join a private practice expanding in the Dallas area. The selected physician will work in a multi-clinic system with a focus on high-quality patient care, limited call, and a 4.5 day work week.

Compensation includes a competitive first year salary with uncapped earning potential, with current providers earning between $300k and $500k, plus comprehensive benefits and an on-site lab to support clinical work.

Qualifications

• Must be board eligible or board certified in Internal Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Focus on quality patient care over high visit numbers.
• Clinic averages 14–16 patients per day with 30-minute visits.
• 4.5 day work week with Friday afternoons off.
• No call; on-site lab and ancillary services will support care.

StaffMed Health Partners has partnered with a large, private practice located in the northern suburbs of Dallas, TX to assist them with the recruitment of some additional Internal Medicine physicians to join their team. They currently have several clinics throughout the metro and are opening the doors of their largest and newest clinic in October 2026
