DOCTORS CHOICE PLACEMENT SERVICES, INC. in Memphis, TN is seeking a Primary Care Physician for a new role in a well-established interventional pain management practice.

You will evaluate adults with chronic and acute pain, develop multimodal treatment plans, and coordinate with fellowship-trained interventional pain specialists to determine treatment algorithms. Base salary ranges from $265,000 to $300,000, with additional compensation based on eligible collections.

Qualifications

• MD/DO medical degree with U.S. credentialing and licensure requirements.
• Completed residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Board certified or eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Valid, unrestricted Tennessee and Mississippi licenses or eligibility to obtain them.
• Ability to obtain/maintain DEA registration, payer enrollment and privileges.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate adults with chronic or acute pain and musculoskeletal complaints.
• Develop multimodal treatment plans including meds, rehab, and conservative care.
• Coordinate with interventional pain physicians for appropriate procedures.
• Perform office-based injections and ultrasound-guided procedures after training.
• Provide longitudinal follow-up and coordinate care with APPs and the care team.

Education

Residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

Board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

Tennessee and Mississippi medical licenses or eligibility
