Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive internal medicine care across adult patients.
• Coordinate patient care with a multidisciplinary COPC team.
• Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and care planning.
• Participate in ongoing quality improvement and patient education.
