Qualifications

• Board Certified in Internal Medicine.
• 3+ years of resident education experience.
• Leadership roles and curriculum development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in intern orientation, retreats, and program reviews.
• Attend program director meetings and contribute to accreditation processes.
• Mentor residents and provide formative feedback.
• Support resident wellness and mentor Chief Residents.
