Job summary

Trinity Health is seeking a full-time or part-time Internal Medicine Physician to join the Saint Alphonsus Medical Group in Boise, Idaho. The role involves 34 patient contact hours per week with shared practice call. The physician will provide comprehensive health-care services in a multi-specialty group environment.

The successful candidate will hold an MD or DO degree, have completed a residency, and be eligible for Idaho medical licensing. A competitive salary and benefits package, including sign-on incentives and student loan repayment, will be provided.

Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) is a physician‑led and accountable 650+ provider multi‑specialty group practice that has an excellent opportunity for a full‑time or part‑time Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join an established group of clinicians. The schedule for full‑time would be 34 patient contact hours, with an option for a 4‑ or 5‑day work week. Practice call is shared with other eligible providers (Appx 1:30).

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
• Successful completion of an accredited internal medicine residency program
• Ability to obtain an Idaho medical license, registration with Idaho Board of Pharmacy and DEA (controlled substances), and privileges at Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center
• Board certified, or obtain such certification within 3 years of employment
