Esse Health is seeking compassionate, entrepreneurial-minded Internal Medicine physicians to join our expanding Missouri network. 2027–2029 opportunities to take over established patient panels as senior physicians transition toward retirement, with outpatient and clinic-plus-inpatient models available.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Board certification or eligibility with plan to certify.

Responsibilities

• Deliver proactive, relationship-based primary care in outpatient and clinic-plus-inpatient settings.
• Join a collaborative physician team with APPs, office managers, and support staff.
• Take over established patient panels over time to ensure continuity of care and patient retention.
