Esse Health in Shiloh, IL is seeking a compassionate Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to join as a partner, shaping the future of our growing practice.

You will work with a team, choose outpatient-only or clinic-plus-inpatient model, see 16-20 patients daily, and benefit from a shareholder track, a guaranteed salary, and generous time off.

Our infrastructure includes NextGen EMR, AI scribe and established Medicare Advantage focus, with strong support and opportunities for teaching.

Qualifications

• MD or DO credential required.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible with plans to certify (AB or AOA).
• Illinois licensed or eligible to obtain licensure in Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Join a very busy, established, and well-run practice as a partner.
• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team including Nurse Practitioners and Medical Assistants.
• Choose either outpatient-only or clinic-plus-inpatient model that utilizes hospitalists.
• Provide evidence-based and value-based care with Medicare Advantage focus.
• Utilize NextGen EMR and AI scribe/Dragon for documentation.
