Job summary

NP Now, LLC's affiliated Federally Qualified Health Center in Santa Fe, NM seeks an Assistant Medical Director – Internal Medicine to join its leadership team. The role is 50% clinical care and 50% administrative leadership, reporting to the Chief Medical Officer.

You will oversee 4 physicians, 7 nurse practitioners, and 2 physician assistants, monitor provider productivity, coordinate schedules, and lead workflow improvements across clinics using Athena EMR.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Primary care experience with an interest in physician leadership
• Eligible to obtain or maintain an active New Mexico Medical License

Responsibilities

• Overseeing 4 Physicians, 7 Nurse Practitioners, and 2 Physician Assistants
• Monitoring provider productivity
• Collaborating with the CMO on workflow optimization and operational initiatives
