Job summary

The CMO will supervise multidisciplinary teams, work closely with the CEO, and drive organizational success while maintaining high standards of patient care in a growing FQHC setting.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine.
• Experience in executive leadership of clinical operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical operations across multiple sites and support growth including acquisitions.
• Lead quality initiatives, provider productivity, and organizational strategy.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and supervise multidisciplinary clinical teams.
