The role includes delivering therapies like Therapeutic Plasma Exchange and HBOT, with occasional travel to regional Colorado clinics; the candidate will not carry a personal patient panel.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Colorado NP or PA license with national certification and DEA.
• 5–10+ years of acute-care experience as NP/PA.
• Current BLS; ACLS preferred.

Job Title: NP or PA - Clinical Support Provider

Location: Based in town with travel to other regional CO clinics on occasion

Position Summary

The Clinical Provider plays a critical role supporting Providers and is responsible for providing comprehensive clinical support and patient care. This includes supporting patients via phone, digitally, and in-person to address acute complaints, clinical questions, and prescription management. This role will also be responsible for delivering several of our cutting-edge, medical therapies, including Therapeutic Plasma Expchange (TPE) and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT). This role does not entail carrying its own patient panel.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Colorado NP or PA license in good standing, with current national certification and DEA prescriptive authority
• 5 10+ years of clinical experience as a practicing NP or PA, with strong acute-care assessment and triage skills
• Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage a clinical inbox, triaging what requires provider-level judgment versus delegation to MA and PC staff
• Procedural comfort with infusions, injections, phlebotomy, and vein assessment; experience with TPE, HBOT, or similar therapies preferred, with training provided
• Ability to educate patients on self-administered injectable therapies, including testosterone and peptides
• Excellent communication skills and a service orientation suited to a concierge patient base
• Ability to travel occasionally to other regional Colorado clinics

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary range: $110,000 $140,000 depending on experience
