HealthCare Recruiters International is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join a concierge longevity and regenerative medicine practice in Centennial, Colorado. The role provides clinical support, patient care, triage, medication management, and procedural assistance while collaborating with physicians and the clinical team.

  • Active and unrestricted Colorado Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
  • Current national certification
  • 3–5 years of clinical experience as a practicing NP or PA
  • Strong acute-care assessment, triage, and clinical decision-making skills
  • Comfortable independently managing patient clinical questions and medication requests
  • Experience with IV infusions
  • Current BLS certification
  • Strong communication and patient service skills
  • Ability to occasionally travel to other Colorado clinic locations

Responsabilidades

  • Provide clinical support and patient care to acute and ongoing concerns
  • Triage patient needs and respond via multiple channels (phone, portal, in person)
  • Manage medication questions and prescription refills per protocols
  • Provide clinical follow-up and continuity of care
  • Escalate issues to Medical Director as needed
  • Independently triage clinical inbox messages
  • Educate patients on medications, procedures, and treatment plans
  • Educate patients on self-administered therapies such as testosterone and peptide treatments
  • Perform blood draws and phlebotomy as needed
  • Assist with IV infusions and injections
  • Assist with occasional stem cell procedures in operating room
  • Support Red Light Therapy appointments and treatments
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation
  • Serve as a resource for Therapies (TPE/HBOT) procedures

Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Clinical Support Provider

Centennial, CO

Full-Time, On-Site

Occasional travel to other Colorado clinic locations

$110,000–$140,000 annually, DOE

HCRI is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join a growing concierge longevity and regenerative medicine practice in Centennial, Colorado.

This position will provide clinical support, patient care, triage, medication management, and procedural assistance while working closely with physicians and the clinical team.

The provider will not carry an independent patient panel.

The ideal candidate has strong clinical judgment, acute-care assessment experience, procedural skills, and the ability to provide a high level of personalized patient service.

Training will be provided for specialized therapies, including Therapeutic Plasma Exchange (TPE) and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT).

Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) Key Responsibilities

Patient Care & Clinical Support

  • Evaluate and respond to acute patient concerns, symptoms, and clinical questions.
  • Provide clinical guidance to patients by phone, patient portal, digitally, and in person.
  • Manage medication questions and prescription refill requests according to established protocols.
  • Provide appropriate clinical follow-up and continuity of care.
  • Escalate patient concerns to the Medical Director or appropriate provider when necessary.
  • Independently manage and triage clinical inbox messages.
  • Determine which patient concerns require provider-level clinical judgment and which can be delegated to support staff.
  • Provide patient education regarding medications, procedures, and treatment plans.
  • Educate patients on self-administered injectable therapies, including testosterone and peptide treatments.

Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) Procedures & Clinical Services

  • Perform blood draws and phlebotomy as needed.
  • Assist with IV infusions and injections.
  • Assist with occasional stem cell procedures in the operating room.
  • Support Red Light Therapy appointments and treatments.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation.

Therapeutic Plasma Exchange (TPE)

  • Serve as a clinical resource for TPE procedures
  • Educate and prepare patients before procedures
  • Perform or coordinate vein assessments
  • Monitor and support patients throughout treatment
  • Provide post-procedure education and follow-up
  • Assist with management of TPE supplies and inventory

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT)

  • Support the HBOT program and procedures.
  • Prepare and educate patients prior to treatment
  • Monitor patients during therapy
  • Assist with clinical protocols and processes in collaboration with the Medical Director
  • Help coordinate equipment maintenance when needed

Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) Required Qualifications

  • Active and unrestricted Colorado Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
  • Current national certification
  • 3-5 years of clinical experience as a practicing NP or PA
  • Strong acute-care assessment, triage, and clinical decision-making skills
  • Comfortable independently managing patient clinical questions and medication requests
  • Experience with:
  • IV infusions
  • Current BLS certification
  • Strong communication and patient service skills
  • Ability to occasionally travel to other Colorado clinic locations; travel is minimal

Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) Preferred Qualifications

  • ACLs certification
  • Previous experience with Therapeutic Plasma Exchange (TPE), Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT), apheresis, infusion therapy, or similar procedures
  • Previous experience in concierge medicine, functional medicine, longevity medicine, regenerative medicine, internal medicine, urgent care, or another procedure-focused clinical setting

Prior TPE or HBOT experience is not required. Training will be provided.

Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $110,000–$140,000, depending on experience

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an experienced NP or PA with a strong clinical background who is confident in independent clinical decision-making, comfortable performing procedures, and highly responsive to patient needs. This individual should also be comfortable serving in a key clinical support role, working closely with and as the trusted second-in-command to the lead physician/provider. A genuine interest in delivering personalized, high-touch care within a concierge medicine environment is essential.

This role may be particularly well suited for providers with backgrounds in primary care, internal medicine, urgent care, infusion therapy, oncology, functional medicine, regenerative medicine, executive health, or concierge medicine who are interested in expanding their experience with specialized therapies.
