Job summary

HealthPartners is seeking a full-time board-certified Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics physician to join our Advanced Care Primary Care clinic at the St. Paul and St. Louis Park locations.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics.
• Outpatient primary care experience preferred.
• Team-based care focus for rising and moderate risk patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care with resources and greater coordination of care.
• Be part of HealthPartners Advanced Care Primary Care clinic network.
• Contribute to a large multi-specialty system focused on patient outcomes and affordability.

Job description

HealthPartners is seeking a full-time board-certified Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics physician to join our new Advanced Care Primary Care clinic located at the HealthPartners St. Paul Clinic and Park Nicollet St. Louis Park Clinic. This new care model in primary care is designated to provide patient-centered and team-base care for rising and moderate risk patients with a focus on improved health outcomes and affordability. This is an outpatient role where you will provide patients with more resources and greater coordination of care. Being a part of our team means you will have an impact on the care that our patients receive every day where you will be part of the largest multi-specialty care system in the Twin Cities.

PAY RANGE

$237,616.00 annually for 0.8FTE to $297,020 annually for 1.0FTE

Compensation is based on the level and requirements of the role. Pay within our ranges may also be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities as well as internal equity.
