Job summary

Medrina in Montoursville, PA, is seeking a Medical Director for its large, physician-owned internal medicine practice. This full-time role offers a private practice model with flexible scheduling and NP support with profit sharing.

Earn $400K+ based on current physicians' proven income, with optional APP supervision and an additional stipend. Board-certified or board-eligible physicians with US work authorization are encouraged to apply; equal opportunity employer.

• Support flexible scheduling and private practice operations.

Medrina is a large, physician-owned practice that has been a national group for over 15 years. As a regional leader growing nationwide, we are currently looking to add a Medical Director to the team in our Montoursville, PA market.

• Medical Director (additional stipend)
• Monday - Friday
• Private practice model with flexible scheduling
• NP Support with Profit Share
• Earn $400K+ - proven income by current physicians
• APP supervision available if desired (additional stipend)

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and sitting while working with patients as well as working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• May be exposed to bloodborne pathogens, physical hazards (e.g., needle pricks, etc.) and chemical hazards.
• Must wear the required PPE per company and/or facility requirement.
• Must comply with facility vaccination requirements.
