ROLE

• ' Avg. 14-17 patients a day

• ' Providers per clinic: Average 3-5 (Primary Care Physicians + NP's)
• ' Onsite Lab & Pharmacy

PACKAGE

• Salary range $240-$260K+ (commensurate with experience/ site)
• Quality Bonus annually plus Promotion Track to Leadership

YOU

• 'Ability to obtain/maintain medical license in state of Missouri
• '1+ years experience required
• 'Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or Geriatrics
